An experienced manager specialising in sales issues, with extensive practical knowledge in finance, particularly in receivables financing and insurance. He has been associated with the factoring market since the beginning of his professional career. At Polfactor S.A. (now mFaktoring S.A.),
he was responsible for sales development, and since 2008, he served as the Director of the Sales and Marketing Department. He then worked at Coface Poland Factoring Sp. z o.o. as Deputy Commercial Director for Factoring. Since 2014, he has been the President of the Management Board of KUKE Finance S.A., a factoring company he founded and introduced to the Polish market. He actively participates in the work of the Polish Factors Association (PZF) – from 2020 as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of PZF, and since June 2021 as Chairman of the Executive Committee of PZF.
He is a graduate of the Ryszard Łazarski University of Commerce and Law in Warsaw (now Łazarski University). He completed postgraduate studies in managerial finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a Diploma of Proficiency in Selling Export Factoring from Factors Chain International.
Married, with two children. He enjoys spending his free time actively, preferably cycling, playing tennis, or basketball. He is also an enthusiast of vintage cars.
A manager with extensive professional experience in the capital, insurance, and financial markets, as well as a solid understanding of capital investments, risk assessment and management, and corporate finance management.
In the early years of his career, he was associated with the capital market. Initially, he worked as a licensed securities broker at the Capital Operations Center of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw S.A., and then as an analyst of listed companies at BZ WBK Brokerage House S.A. (now Santander Bank Polska).
He has been associated with the KUKE S.A. Group since 2003, initially as a credit risk analyst, financial institutions analyst, and then as Director of the Insurance Risk Department. He has been on the Management Board of KUKE Finance S.A. since the company’s inception, responsible for risk management, operations and settlements, and compliance.
At KUKE Finance, he is responsible for the areas of accounting and finance. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and has completed postgraduate studies in Polish and international accounting standards at the Warsaw School of Economics.
He also completed the Risk Management Studies at the Warsaw Institute of Banking and numerous finance-related courses. He was appointed to the Management Board of KUKE Finance in January 2023. His professional career has been associated with the insurance sector, where he has held managerial positions for over 20 years at the Export Credit Insurance Corporation S.A. From 2018 to 2022, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of KUKE S.A., overseeing departments of accounting, settlements, controlling, asset management, actuarial, reinsurance, and compliance. He also chaired the Investment Committee and supervised KUKE Finance.
In his personal life, he is an avid traveller with a passion for Asian cuisine. He also has a keen interest in geopolitics and enjoys reading non-fiction literature.
He is a legal advisor and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal advisor apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
Since October 2020, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KUKE Finance S.A., having previously served as a Member of the Supervisory Board. He gained his experience in law firms and financial institutions, including TU Euler Hermes. Currently, he works at KUKE S.A., as the Director of the Legal Department, responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to the company and legal advice on corporate governance matters. He is also a Proxy of KUKE S.A.
He is a legal adviser, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed his judicial apprenticeship and has been working as a legal adviser since 2006.
Since 2024, Member of the Supervisory Board of KUKE Finance S.A. He gained experience both in judicial work in courts and in legal departments. He has held supervisory positions in corporate bodies many times. For years associated with the public finance sector, with extensive management experience in ministries, central offices and agencies. He currently works in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where he serves as director of the Office of the Director General responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Chancellery and is deputy Director General of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. From 2011 to 2013, she completed her legal apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lublin,
of which she is currently a member. She has been a legal advisor since 2014.
She provides legal assistance to clients in both the private and public sectors. She has experience representing both entrepreneurs and individual clients before courts of various instances in legal disputes. In her professional practice, she also handles ongoing legal services for entrepreneurs (including commercial law companies) as well as local government units and public sector entities. She is a specialist in insurance and reinsurance activities, as well as in debt collection proceedings and pursuing compensation claims.
