Recipients of your personal data may include: companies cooperating with us in the field of IT services, companies cooperating with us in the field of marketing services, and entities authorised under the provisions of law.
Retention Period
Data processed on the basis of the data controller’s legitimate interest may be processed until the legitimate interests of the Company constituting the basis for such processing have been fulfilled or until you object to such processing. Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until you withdraw your consent or until KUKE Finance S.A. determines that the data has become outdated.
Information about Your Rights
You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and transfer your data, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to object to profiling, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without giving any reason, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Right to Object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data based on the legitimate interest described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we are able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the data will be necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling related to automated decision-making.
Voluntary Provision of Data
The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order for us to contact you and respond to your enquiry.
Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting KUKE Finance S.A. directly in writing at the registered office address of KUKE Finance S.A., i.e. KUKE Finance S.A., ul. Krucza 50, 00-025 Warsaw, with the note “Personal Data”, or electronically at: iod@kuke-finance.pl, without giving any reason, and without affecting the lawfulness of actions carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If you exercise this right, KUKE Finance S.A. will cease carrying out the activities covered by the previously granted consent.
